Position: Supervision Paraprofessional (Building Security)

Position Overview

Position Title: Supervision Paraprofessional

Location: Olson Middle School

Effective Date: August 25, 2026

Salary: See Para Contract

Hours: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week, 180 days/year

Required

Education:

High School Diploma; 60 credits post‑secondary or passing score on the Para Pro Exam

Required Experience: Experience working with adolescents in a supervisory capacity preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure safety for students and staff throughout the school day and after school
  • Front door, hallway, parking lot, and lunchroom supervision
  • Partner with school administration for student support
  • Other duties as assigned
