Recovering Hope Treatment Center – Mora, MN

Job Type: Part-Time, 8 hours per week

Pay: $17.00 - $22.85 per hour; based on experience (with additional evening, overnight, and weekend shift differentials!)

Schedule: 3pm - 11pm, every other weekend.

• Provide emotional support and facilitate recovery activities for clients.
• Engage compassionately with clients, their children, and families.
• Conduct room checks, transport clients, and maintain building security.
• Maintain accurate client records and perform essential administrative tasks.
• Assist with intake, discharge, and visiting hours.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Comfortable using computers and basic technology.

• Frequently communicate with employees, parents, and clients both verbally and in writing.
• Reach above shoulder height to access necessary items.
• Complete repetitive tasks and stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Lift up to 60 lbs. from floor to waist height.
