Connection Services, LLC cares for adults with developmental disabilities in 4-person group homes in the Bloomington area. We have an exciting opportunity for an Area Manager to join our dedicated, caring team!
The Area Manager is responsible for ensuring that the programs under them maintain a high quality of services by supporting and evaluating service delivery for individuals receiving services. The Area Manager will support quality service delivery by analyzing each individual's Coordinated Service and Support Plan (CSSP), CSSP addendum, and other programmatic forms for the individual receiving services in accordance with federal and state regulations and the organization's policies and procedures.
The Area manager will work closely with program supervisors across our 7 group home locations and support them with client needs, and prepare for and attend all meetings with the care team
- Must qualify as a Designated Manager under MN Statute 245D
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently with minimal instruction and make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
- Knowledge of 245D licensing requirements, policies, and procedures.
- Willingness and ability to maintain good employee relations and morale.
- Ability to work in a variety of settings and with a variety of personal care needs without direct supervision.
- Ability to effectively use a computer and software, calculator, household appliances, smoke alarms, etc. with training.
- Ability to accept and incorporate new methods into existing practices and implement therapeutic interventions as required.
- Ability to master the use of all physical intervention and assistance techniques, necessary to meet the needs of assigned individual with disabilities.

$53,000-$56,000 annually, DOQ
Benefits:Eligible 1st of the month after 60 days employment. Health insurance (ICHRA), Dental, Vision, Company Paid Life/LTD. 401k-eligible after 90 days employment. Must be scheduled 30+ hours per week to be benefits-eligible.
Schedule:Full time, flexible based on site needs
A valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance is required of every employee as you will be required to drive either a company vehicle or your own vehicle to perform certain job responsibilities.
Connections Services, LLC will conduct a Minnesota Department of Human Services Background Study on all new employees. Employees in driving positions will also be subject to a Motor Vehicle Background check. Continued…
