Contract to Hire

• Support and enhance systems on a C# .NET platform.
• Integrate systems with admin, and premium applications.
• Develop and maintain real-time APIs to support claims workflows and PBM integrations.
• Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Manage and prioritize backlog items, ensuring smooth sprint execution.
• Contribute ideas to improve code efficiency, system scalability, and development processes.
• Collaborate in an Agile environment—participating in planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Proactively identify and reduce blockers for the team, streamlining communication and delivery.

• 5+ years of professional experience with C# and .NET Framework/Core.
• Proven experience developing and maintaining APIs.
• Proficiency with Entity Framework and relational databases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Naturally curious, self‑motivated, and eager to learn.
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to prioritize and execute.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills; comfortable taking direction and collaborating in a cross‑functional team.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

• Experience with Git Hub or similar source control systems.
• Knowledge of healthcare systems, especially health plans or claims processing.
• Exposure to IRIS/MUMPS platforms (common in healthcare).
• Familiarity with Kendo.js or similar UI frameworks.

The projected hourly range for this position is $70 to $90.
