Primary Objective:

The Net Suite Developer will design, customize, and optimize Net Suite ERP and Suite Commerce Advanced (SCA) solutions. This position requires a well-rounded developer with broad IT programming capabilities, strong integration experience, and the ability to work across cloud, web, and backend technologies. The developer will build scalable customizations, enhance eCommerce functionality, and integrate Net Suite with enterprise systems using middleware platforms.

Major

Areas of Accountability:

Develop Suite Script 1.0/2.x scripts, workflows, and custom ERP/eCommerce customizations. Build, extend, and optimize Suite Commerce / Suite Commerce Advanced (SCA) front‑end and back‑end components.
Configure and customize Net Suite modules including ERP, CRM, Order Management, and eCommerce.
Develop integrations using RESTlets, REST APIs, and middleware tools (Dell Boomi, Mule Soft). Apply general programming and IT development skills across multiple languages and frameworks to support integrations, automation, and backend processing.
Build and maintain solutions using languages such as JavaScript, Type Script, Python, Java, C#, SQL, and Node.js.
Support broader IT development tasks including API development, data transformation pipelines, and cloud-based services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical designs solutions.
Manage full development lifecycle including sandbox development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues across ERP, eCommerce, integrations, and IT services.
Implement best practices around security, performance, data governance, and scalability. Document technical designs, system architecture, data flows, and customizations.
Evaluate Net Suite/SCA updates and ensure compatibility with existing solutions.

Required Qualifications:

3–5+ years of Net Suite development experience;
Suite Commerce/SCA preferred.
Proficiency with general-purpose programming languages such as JavaScript/Type Script,
Python, HTML5, CSS3, Java, C#, SQL, or Node.js.
Experience with modern development practices including REST APIs, JSON/XML, asynchronous processing, and event-driven architecture.
Strong understanding of Suite Script, Net Suite APIs, workflows, saved searches, and data structures.
Experience integrating Net Suite with external systems using Boomi, Mule Soft, or similar middleware.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), serverless functions, or microservices is a plus.
Experience with front-end development frameworks (React, Vue, or similar)
Comfortable working across IT domains: web development, backend services, integrations, automation.

Qualifications:

Suite Commerce Advanced (SCA) site development or large-scale eCommerce enhancements.
Net Suite certifications (Suite Foundation, Suite Commerce Developer, Suite Script Developer).
Experience using Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern SDLC tools.
Understanding of ERP business processes including Order‑to‑Cash, Procure‑to‑Pay, Inventory, and Finance.
Integration flow development in Dell Boomi or Mule Soft.
Experience building reusable APIs, data workflows, or microservice integrations across enterprise systems.

Work Environment &

Collaboration:

Works closely with Business Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and broader IT development teams.
Provides technical leadership in eCommerce, ERP, and integration projects.
Helps advance IT development maturity through best practices, scalable architectures, and cross-team collaboration.
