Requirements- Keep the work site clean and free of debris.
- Learn sanitation and pallet sorting best practices in a warehouse facility, working alone or in teams with minimal supervision.
- Work with a high level of direct contact with customer staff and outside delivery personnel; maintain a positive, friendly manner.
- Assigned to specified areas within the work environment to maintain consistent workflow and meet customer expectations.
- High‑energy individual with a strong work ethic.
- Self‑motivated and able to work with limited supervision.
- Independent decision maker to accomplish tasks.
- Can lift and carry up to 25‑75 lbs; materials handled vary.
- Can handle pallets as directed by Capstone management and the customer, meeting company standards, customer timelines, and maintaining a safe work environment.
- Keeps Site Supervisor and Manager informed regarding conditions on the dock, accomplishments and concerns, and contributes suggestions for improvements.
- Flexible work schedule due to changing operational needs.
- Can sit or stand for periods in an office environment as well as in the warehouse (concrete flooring and changing temperatures).
