• Drive residents safely to scheduled destinations.
• Track assigned pick‑ups and drop offs to ensure timely service.
• Assist residents in and out of the vehicles as warranted.
• Provide for a high level of resident engagement.
• Create, plan, and coordinate all routes for maximum efficiency and service.
• Maintain cleanliness and safe operating condition of the bus and automobiles.
• Schedule maintenance service on vehicles as necessary.
• Develop driver schedules to meet the demand needs of the residents.
• Responsible for making substitutions and adjusting schedules as necessary.
• Determine vehicle choice and driver assignments for trips.
• Provide hands‑on/on‑the‑job training to new drivers.
• Provide skill set retraining as assigned by supervisor.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• Two to three years of applicable experience.
• Valid Class B commercial driver's license.
• Must have a clean driving record, no traffic violations.
