Position Summary
Driver role ensures 100% guest satisfaction by operating the courtesy shuttle to provide transportation to and from local destinations for guests. Operates Hotel Shuttle Service Mondays and Tuesdays from 2 PM to 12 AM, and possibly other shifts as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Operate shuttle service according to schedule and on request.
- Ensure a delightful, seamless arrival and departure for guests.
- Greets guests and welcomes them to the hotel city.
- Provide current information on hotel services and local attractions to answer guest questions.
- Handle all guest complaints, comments, observations, and challenges in a timely manner to achieve full guest satisfaction.
- Follow airport procedures and shuttle traffic rules to pick up and drop off guests.
- Log trips and retain fuel receipts in accordance with hotel process.
- Load and unload guest luggage from the shuttle, using a cart and transporting to guest room when required.
- Communicate with front office and other drivers via radio to keep hotel informed of status and location.
- Clean and maintain the lobby area when not operating shuttle, including cart cleaning and polishing, washing front windows, and stocking newspapers.
- Assist in arranging taxi or other transportation services for guests traveling outside the shuttle’s service area.
- Keep shuttle fueled and report maintenance issues to engineering for prompt repair.
- Picks up needed materials locally for departments when orders or other shipping arrangements cannot be made.
- Assist other departments as the shuttle schedule allows.
- Create 100% guest satisfaction by providing the Radisson experience and exceeding guest expectations.
- Use teamwork, personal attention, and empathy to resolve guest problems and demonstrate genuine hospitality.
Hourly wage: $16.50 plus tips.

Requirements & Skills- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

- Adhere to hotel policies, procedures, and safe driving practices.
- Work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends.
- State Driver’s License with no restrictions that prevent operating a hotel shuttle.
- Clear all necessary airport certification requirements to operate the shuttle in an airport.
Ability to sit or stand for the entire shift.
Drive for long periods of time, frequently stopping, and get in and out of the vehicle.
Frequent walking while lifting.
Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
