Warehouse Operator in Bloomington, CA, working for Cooper Lighting Solutions, a unit of Signify.

• Use RF device to mobilize materials on the warehouse floor and racks safely.
• Maintain accurate count of materials upon receipt from containers and in preparation for delivery.
• Apply inventory control/logistics or WMS software to track items and enforce 5S+ daily (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).
• Operate material‑handling equipment.
• Perform various warehouse functions such as receiving, put‑away, inventory control, picking, packing, shipping, and loading/unloading trailers and containers by hand.

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution (preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience operating material‑handling equipment in a distribution or manufacturing environment.
• Prior experience driving a forklift, including reach truck or stand‑up forklift (required).
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Residence within 50 miles of the Bloomington distribution center.
• Availability to work 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
