Responsibilities
- Overseeing operation and ensuring that trucks are accounted for at all times.
- Creating cases if trucks fail to arrive at scheduled appointment time and following through until trucks depart.
- Communicating with the Ramp Agents regarding all inbound and outbound flights.
- Foreseeing and reporting any possible impacts to operation.
- Trained in all aspects of the operation.
- Working diligently to seek information to ensure operation is running successfully.
- 2-year experience in Data Entry
- Ability to follow instructions
- Willingness to work and be trained in all aspects of the operation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Amazon Logistics System
- Display ability to work as a team
- Detail oriented
- Flexibility
- Exceptional communication skills
