Air Logistics Ramp Associate

• Transport, load and unload cargo from aircraft within confined areas
• Push, pull and position loaded containers weighing up to 3,200 lbs
• Remove tie-downs and other gear when loading and unloading
• Read off-load sheets to determine cargo destinations
• Operate ramp equipment with gross weights of 3,000 to 80,000 lbs in congested aircraft and vehicle areas
• Position vehicles up to aircraft
• Engage in aircraft push-out by driving an 80,000 lb vehicle or assist as a guide using depth perception in congested areas or communicate with the cockpit during push-back
• Understand and react to verbal commands and safety warnings, with and without assistance of sight or visual aids

• 18 years and older
• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• Valid Driver’s license
• 1-year Forklift experience
• Required to work primarily outside (rain, snow, heat, cold)
• Ability to read, write and understand the English language
• Ability to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language
• Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends, holidays, and days off
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for an entire shift and move long distances across facilities

Demonstrates proficiency in cargo handling, including loading and unloading aircraft, operating ramp equipment, and adhering to safety protocols. Capable of working in various weather conditions while effectively communicating and following verbal commands.
