Job Description:

Our site in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Warehouse Worker to join our team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will ensure proper handling of incoming and outgoing materials in the manufacturing facility. This involves tasks such as receiving incoming materials, coordinating shipping of orders, order pickups, and conducting regular cycle counts. You will also actively collaborate with scheduling, third‑party warehouse, and internal clean rooms to optimize the flow of materials through the facility.

Hours:

Monday‑Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM or 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM.

• Receive incoming product shipments from both external and internal suppliers. Perform count checks on received material quantities. Process each item into inventory systems on SAP to maintain accurate logistics.
• Procure appropriate labels and organize received materials into designated areas for distribution around the facility.
• Conduct scheduled picks of requested components/materials, additional parts, reservations, resupply materials, and consolidate and deliver them to various clean rooms for assembly or production orders.
• Follow clean room protocols, including the use of specified protective gear and garments designed to maintain a clean and controlled work environment.
• Generate materials and documents for shipping orders: packing lists, bills of lading, and shipping labels.
• Manage escalations from internal and external customers for missing or expedited items.
• Efficiently coordinate overstock transfers for 3PL (Third‑Party Logistics) inventory.
• Support inventory control in conducting regular cycle counts and assist in process improvements.
• Utilize RF gun, reach truck, fork truck, and WAV mobile equipment safely and effectively to support daily company and department objectives.
• Complete washing procedures for incoming components to be utilized in clean room assembly.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area. Perform duties in a safe manner and observe approved safety procedures. Communicate potential hazards immediately to supervisor.
• Complete miscellaneous tasks as assigned in support of the larger organization and production goals.

• Must be 18 years or older and have the right to work in the US without sponsorship.
• At least one year of experience working in a warehouse setting (receiving, shipping, or kitting) is preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP software and/or other Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to maintain records, input data, and generate reports is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to safely operate forklift, reach truck, or other related warehouse equipment.

• Compensation: $21–$24 hourly range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role.
