Regional Business Office Manager | Bloomsburg, PA

This is a hybrid position that combines off-site work with regular travel to assigned facilities. Regional staff are expected to conduct on-site visits to support and oversee their facilities, including locations across multiple states when applicable. Additional travel may also be required to assist with training newly hired facility Business Office Managers.

Summation Financial Services is seeking an experienced
Regional Business Office Manager (Regional BOM) with a strong background in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or a similar post-acute healthcare setting. Multi-facility experience is strongly preferred.

Candidates without prior Business Office Manager experience in a post-acute healthcare setting will not be considered.

• Oversee and support business office operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities.

• Provide guidance and training to facility Business Office Managers.

• Monitor billing, accounts receivable, and collections, including delinquent accounts.

• Support Medicaid, Medicare, insurance, and other payer-related processes.

• Ensure business office practices comply with company policies and applicable regulations.

• Assist with accounting system changes and other billing and administrative functions as needed.

• Prior Business Office Manager experience in a skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or similar post-acute healthcare setting is required.

• Multi-facility and multi-state experience strongly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of long-term care accounts receivable, billing, and collections.

• Working knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and insurance.

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work from our
  Bloomsburg, PA corporate office
  and travel occasionally for facility BOM training.
