Retail Pharmacy Manager in Bloomsburg, PA

This permanent Pharmacy Manager role is a full-time opportunity based in Sunbury, PA, within a retail pharmacy setting. The position requires a seasoned professional ready to lead a busy pharmacy department and collaborate closely with the store operations team to drive both business growth and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include maintaining compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations through accurate prescription management, overseeing drug utilization reviews, and conducting quality assurance checks. The manager will build a profitable pharmacy business by promoting clinical programs such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM), managing inventory and sales tracking, and aligning team performance with key operational metrics.

Key duties also involve supervising pharmacy staff, providing leadership through training, coaching, and discipline, and ensuring the security and smooth operation of the pharmacy department. Handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints to enhance trust and loyalty is essential. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor of Pharmacy or Pharm
