Talent Manager, Recruiter
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who knows how to find great people
, not just post jobs and wait. This role is all about proactive sourcing, relationship‑building, and bringing top talent into a fast‑growing organization.
You’ll own the hiring process from start to finish—working closely with leadership to understand what we actually need, then going out and finding the right people to make it happen.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives in a growing, entrepreneurial environment and takes pride in building strong teams.
What You’ll Do- Own full‑cycle recruiting for multiple roles across the organization (operations, corporate, sales, marketing, leadership, etc.)
- Proactively source candidates through Linked In, job boards, referrals, and creative outreach
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates—always recruiting, even when roles aren’t immediately open
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, culture fit, and long‑term needs
- Conduct initial phone/video screens and coordinate interviews
- Manage candidate experience from first touch through offer acceptance
- Assist with offer preparation, compensation discussions, and onboarding handoff
- Track recruiting metrics and continuously improve hiring processes
- Help shape employer branding and recruiting strategy as the company grows
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition (in‑house or agency)
- Strong sourcing skills (Linked In Recruiter, Boolean search, networking, outreach)
- Ability to identify high‑quality candidates—not just “available” ones
- Excellent communication and follow‑up skills
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple open roles
- Comfortable working directly with leadership and decision‑makers
- Bias toward action—you don’t wait around, you go find talent
- Experience hiring in manufacturing, operations, e‑commerce, or fast‑growth environments
- Experience building recruiting processes from scratch
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruiting analytics
- Agency recruiting background (plus if you’ve moved in‑house)
