The primary purpose of this job is to clean office space, restrooms, break and lunchroom areas, remove trash, operate floor cleaner and power washers, and clean up spills.

• Promptly at the start of the shift, review the work schedule, check equipment and supplies required to perform the work, comply with PPE requirements, and otherwise prepare for duties.
• Clean and vacuum floors in the office and conference spaces.
• Clean and mop tile floors in restrooms and break areas.
• Remove all trash, operate compactor and bailer, clean up all spills in the store, and use power washer to clean sidewalks.
• Dust and wash surfaces.
• Wash mirrors, glass, surfaces, floors, and equipment in all break rooms, lunchrooms, and restrooms.
• Resupply items as needed.
• Use floor cones to designate potentially hazardous floor conditions.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations in order to complete job duties satisfactorily.
• Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements, as well as the physical base scores for this position, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform this job.
• Must complete the company introductory (probationary) period of 30 or 60 days.
• Must read, write, and communicate in English as it relates to this job and safety regulations.
• Must meet the company performance standards for the job including regular attendance.
• Must be able to perform all job functions safely.
• Must agree to wear the proper assigned clothes and shoes approved for this job.

• Shift hours: minimum 4‑hour shifts or more depending on business needs.
• Job cycles: continual max.
• Lift/carry: 50 lbs.
• Stand 55%, sit 0%, walk 45%.
• Category IV: lifting, carrying, P/P up to 50 lbs.
• Max pull static: 20 lbs.
