Custom Filters Direct is hiring Entry‑Level Production Assemblers to join our growing team. This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced environment with consistent daytime hours and opportunities for growth.
- Assemblers – responsible for building and assembling air filters
- Customs Dept – responsible for finishing filters by cutting and capping them to final inspections (must be able to read a tape measure)
- Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (overtime may be required at times based on business needs)
- Weekly Pay
- Starting pay: $14.00 /hour (entry‑level) with opportunities for growth and advancement
- Medical, Dental, Vision, and Paid Time Off (PTO) offered after 90 days
Custom Filters Direct is a growing manufacturer specializing in custom air filters for eCommerce and direct fulfillment.
We are focused on producing high‑quality products while maintaining an efficient, team‑oriented work environment.
Position OverviewIn this role, you will:
- Assemble custom air filters based on specifications
- Handle materials and support production processes
- Ensure quality and accuracy of finished products
This is an entry‑level position with full training provided for motivated individuals.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble air filters according to specifications
- Measure, cut, and handle production materials
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
- Package finished products for shipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety and production procedures
- No experience required – we will train
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Frequent walking, bending, reaching, and stooping
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
