Entry-Level Air Filter Assemblers - 1st Shift Custom Filters Direct | Bloomsburg, PA

Custom Filters Direct is a growing manufacturer of custom HVAC air filters for residential and commercial applications. We are currently hiring dependable and motivated Air Filter Assemblers to join our 1st Shift production team in Bloomsburg, PA.

No previous manufacturing experience is required. We provide on-the-job training, making this a great opportunity for individuals looking to start or grow a career in manufacturing.

1st Shift: Monday-Friday 7:00 AM-3:30 PM ( Overtime may be required based on business needs)

• Pay Rate: $14.00/hour
• Weekly Pay
• $50 Weekly Attendance Bonus for employees who complete their full scheduled 40-hour workweek with no absences, tardiness, or missed time
• Overtime opportunities based on business needs

As an Air Filter Assembler, you'll work as part of our production team to manufacture and assemble custom HVAC air filters.

• Assemble air filters and filter components according to production requirements
• Follow work instructions and production orders
• Perform repetitive assembly tasks accurately and efficiently
• Operate basic hand tools and production equipment as needed
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Meet daily production expectations while maintaining quality standards
• Follow all company safety procedures
• Work cooperatively with team members and production leadership

• No previous manufacturing or assembly experience required
• Manufacturing, production, assembly, or warehouse experience is a plus
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
• Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods
• Ability to lift, move, and handle production materials as required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable and team-oriented
