1st & 2nd Shift | Full-Time | Weekly Pay

Custom Filters Direct is hiring Packers and Filter Assemblers for our growing manufacturing operation in Bloomsburg, PA.

No previous air-filter manufacturing experience is required. We provide hands-on training.

• 1st Shift: $14.00 per hour
• 2nd Shift: $14.50 per hour
• $50 Weekly Attendance Bonus when you work your full scheduled hours with no missed time
• Weekly pay

The attendance bonus can add up to $2,600 per year for eligible employees who consistently meet attendance requirements.

1st Shift

Monday-Friday | 7:00 a.m.

-3:30 p.m.

$14.00/hour

2nd Shift

Monday-Friday | 3:30 p.m.

-12:00 a.m.

$14.50/hour, including a $0.50 shift differential

Overtime may be required based on business needs and may include Sundays.

Depending on your assigned area, you may work as a Filter Assembler or Packer
.

• Assemble residential and commercial HVAC air filters
• Place filter media, frames, wire, and other components into position
• Inspect products for quality and correct assembly
• Verify product sizes, labels, and packaging
• Pack, label, stack, and prepare filters for shipment
• Operate basic production equipment after training
• Keep your workstation clean, safe, and organized
• Follow production, quality, and safety procedures
• Assist in other production areas as needed

• Ability to work at a consistent pace in a fast-paced production environment
• Must be comfortable standing and remaining on your feet for the scheduled shift
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Strong attention to detail
• Willingness to learn different production and packing tasks
• Ability to meet daily production, quality, and safety expectations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, packing, or warehouse experience is helpful but not required.

• Stand and walk for most or all of the scheduled shift
• Perform repetitive hand and arm movements
• Frequently bend, reach, twist, and move throughout the production area
• Lift and move production materials as needed
• Maintain a steady work pace throughout the shift
• Work in a manufacturing facility where temperatures may vary by season
• Wear required personal protective equipment
• Candidates must be able to perform the essential functions of the position.
