Non Woven Operator

• Operate needle looms, cross-lappers, opening systems, and associated nonwoven production equipment.
• Set machine parameters according to product specifications and quality requirements.
• Perform quality changes correctly (e.g., fold settings, width adjustments, needle board changes).
• Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to maintain consistent product output.
• Inspect nonwoven material for defects such as thin spots, holes, streaks, improper folds, or malformations.
• Verify line width, weight, folds, and other critical product attributes during production.
• Follow standard work to prevent scrap and rework.
• Communicate any quality deviations immediately to the shift lead and supervisor.
• Follow all safety rules, including lockout/tagout, machine guarding, and PPE requirements.
