Private Duty Nurses (LPNs and RNs)to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in the comfort and safety of their homes and schools. • Provide individualized one-on-one care to patients

• Follow and document the patient’s plan of care

• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies

• Perform routine assessments and monitor changes in condition

• Collaborate with the Clinical Manager and healthcare team
