• Provide direct patient care, including administration of medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to promote best practices and improve patient satisfaction
• Mentor and educate other team members to promote a culture of excellence and continuous learning
