Job Description
We are seeking a part‑time 3rd shift LPN to join our close‑knit and collaborative community. Responsibilities- Assist in maintaining a physical, social and psychological environment in the best interest of residents.
- Monitor care of residents according to treatment plans prescribed by a physician and document responses to care plans.
- Administer medications, ensure cleanliness and security of medicine supply room and adhere to company systems, procedures and processes.
- LPN or LVN licence required per state regulations.
