CSO, Central Susquehanna Opportunities, Inc. an innovative non-profit Community Action Agency has an opening for a full-time ESG Housing Case Manager in Columbia/Montour Counties.
The goal of the ESG program is to assist people to quickly regain stability in permanent housing after experiencing a housing crisis and/or homelessness.
Responsibilities- Intensive case management which includes assessment of housing barriers and needs
- Development of an action plan and goals to remove barriers and locating/maintaining housing
- Landlord outreach
- Coordination of services and referrals
- Community outreach
- Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred or combination of education and experience, which indicates possession of skills, knowledge and abilities listed above.
