Must hold a valid Class A CDL in your current state of residence and be at least 21 years old.

Trainees: 0 months experience required (provided you already hold a valid Class A CDL).

Experienced:
Requires a minimum of 6 months OTR within the past year, or 12 months within the last 5 years. (Local Class A commercial hauling is fully evaluated and considered).

Highly physical, high‑stamina operational profile. You must be fully capable of handling 5,000+ piece manual trailer unloads and safely lifting 50–75 lbs. A brand‑new DOT physical is mandatory.

Must pass a mandatory hair and urine drug screen. Clean overall driving profile with no major preventable accidents (such as jackknifes or rollovers) within the last 5 years. Maximum of 4 driving positions within the trailing 12 months.
