Collections Specialist x3

Vaco is recruiting for B2B Collections Specialists! Pay rate: $18-$21/hr and starting immediately! B2B Collections Specialist In this role you will be responsible for collections of outstanding accounts. This includes all aspects of collections, resolving customer billing problems and reducing accounts receivable delinquency. Core Responsibilities Reviewing open accounts for collection efforts Making collection calls / emails in a professional manner while improving customer relationships.

Email clients invoices when requested Resolves client-billing problems and investigates all past due accounts Identify issues attributing to account problems and discuss them with management Work closely with the lab General Managers utilizing the customer aging reports to decrease collections Skills / Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in multi-site / location B2B collections role Ability to read and interpret accounting related documents Ability to effectively communicate inside organization (manager, peers, members of team) as well as externally (customers) Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as invoice amounts, payment terms and DSO and to apply concepts of basic math Excellent analytical skills and knowledge of accounting and financial principles.
