Senior Accountant

Location: Blue Ash, OH (Onsite)
Salary: $80,000–$90,000

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports

• Lead month‑end and year‑end close activities to ensure timely, precise financial reporting

• Process and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to guide strategic decisions

• Partner with cross‑functional teams to streamline processes and enhance reporting efficiency

• Manage tax‑related tasks and ensure compliance with applicable regulations

• Participate in audits and help strengthen internal controls

• Stay current on accounting standards and best practices to maintain compliance and accuracy

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance

• Strong understanding of GAAP and relevant regulatory requirements

• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment

• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey financial information
