** New Vista Corporate – Accountant
**** Full Time position in our Corporate office in Blue Ash.  Estimated Pay Range:**$60k-80k/annually

** The Role Itself
*** Responsible for ensuring timely month end close processing and financial statement review and distribution.
* Reviews bi-weekly labor reports, analyzes variances, and distributes to management.
* Performs monthly bank account reconciliations and various balance sheet account reconciliations.
* Prepares balance sheet account reconciliations and work papers for quarterly balance sheet reviews by accounting management.
* Assists department management in preparation for various audits
* Other accounting projects and functions as assigned.
* Other duties as assigned.

* Job Requirements:

* Education:

*** Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
*
* Work Experience:

*** 3-5 years of accounting experience preferred.
* Healthcare accounting experience preferred.
* Experience with Workday preferred.
** Other Requirements
*** Must have the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
* Excellent Excel skills are required.
* Superior organizational skills, strong task management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
* Also important are excellent interpersonal and communication skills with both internal and external customers, and the ability to work in a team oriented environment.
* A positive attitude, with a high degree of ethics and personal integrity, as well as confidentiality, are traits needed to be successful in this role.
* Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
* Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
* Teamwork, flexibility needed to fulfill job responsibilities, adapting to changes in work environment and accepting supervisory feedback.
