Documentation Specialist

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Good Documentation Practices (GDP)

• Test documentation and data management

• PLM system knowledge

• Document upload and control

• Equipment and tool tracking

• Inventory, supplies, and stationery ordering

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in Good Documentation Practices to support test documentation, reporting, and data retention

• Act as subject matter expert for company PLM system usage

• Upload and maintain accurate data and documentation in PLM system

• Assist in maintaining compliance with company documentation, data, and training procedures

• Support general requests related to lab equipment, maintenance, and tracking of fixtures and tools

• Assist with ordering lab supplies and stationery required for day to day operations

Generic Managerial Skills, If any

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent organizational and follow up skills

• Ability to guide and support team members

• Strong compliance and quality orientation

• Effective communication and coordination skills

Salary Range $50,000-$60,000 year
