Overview

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant for a contract‑to‑hire position with a client located in Blue Ash, Ohio
. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the go‑to support resource, excels in an organized office environment, and is comfortable juggling a variety of administrative responsibilities.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Provide daily administrative support to both management and team members
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence with professionalism
  • Coordinate schedules, arrange meetings, and maintain organized calendars
  • Prepare and edit documents, spreadsheets, and internal reports
  • Complete data entry tasks, maintain filing systems, and keep records accurate and up to date
  • Assist with new‑hire onboarding tasks and general office coordination
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to internal teams and outside contacts
  • Ensure smooth office operations and assist with additional projects as needed
Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong Excel skills are required
  • Experience supporting accounts or accounting‑related tasks is highly preferred
  • Prior administrative, clerical, or office support experience is required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced setting
  • Comfortable working independently while also supporting a broader team
  • Strong data entry and file management capabilities
