OverviewLHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant for a contract‑to‑hire position with a client located in Blue Ash, Ohio
. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the go‑to support resource, excels in an organized office environment, and is comfortable juggling a variety of administrative responsibilities.
- Provide daily administrative support to both management and team members
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence with professionalism
- Coordinate schedules, arrange meetings, and maintain organized calendars
- Prepare and edit documents, spreadsheets, and internal reports
- Complete data entry tasks, maintain filing systems, and keep records accurate and up to date
- Assist with new‑hire onboarding tasks and general office coordination
- Deliver outstanding customer service to internal teams and outside contacts
- Ensure smooth office operations and assist with additional projects as needed
- Strong Excel skills are required
- Experience supporting accounts or accounting‑related tasks is highly preferred
- Prior administrative, clerical, or office support experience is required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced setting
- Comfortable working independently while also supporting a broader team
- Strong data entry and file management capabilities
