Schedule: 8 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday.

• Education: Background in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Excel(VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) and familiarity with procurement software
• Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, effective communication for supplier negotiations, and the ability to work collaboratively across functions like finance and manufacturing

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Perform spend analysis and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• RFx Support: Assist in the creation and distribution of Requests for Proposal (RFPs), Information (RFIs), and Quotes (RFQs), and help prepare incoming bids.
• Contract Management: Maintain organized records of vendor contracts, monitor expiration dates, and assist in preparing documentation for renewals as requested
• Daily Operations: Serve as a support point of contact for suppliers to resolve day-to-day issues and ensure the accurate entry of data into ERP systems in Oracle
