  • 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
  • 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Education Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Basic computer proficiency required, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and email systems.

Experience Requirements
  • Entry-level position; 0-1 year of administrative, receptionist, customer service, or office support experience preferred.
  • Experience answering phones, greeting visitors, and providing customer service is a plus.
  • Familiarity with scheduling meetings, handling mail, and maintaining records preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills required.
  • Experience working with office software and data entry systems preferred.
Physical Capabilities
  • Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods throughout the shift.
  • Frequent use of a computer, telephone, and office equipment.
  • Ability to walk visitors, contractors, and temporary employees to designated areas as needed.
  • Occasional lifting, carrying, and restocking of PPE and office supplies.
  • Ability to maintain a professional and welcoming presence throughout the workday.
Job Duties
  • Welcome visitors, employees, contractors, and guests while maintaining visitor logs and security procedures.
  • Issue, activate, and deactivate visitor, contractor, and employee badges as required.
  • Manage the front desk area and ensure PPE supplies are stocked and available.
  • Educate visitors on required PPE, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety procedures, and facility policies.
  • Schedule meeting rooms, coordinate visitor logistics, and assist with transportation arrangements.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages.
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
  • Provide administrative support, maintain records, assist with clerical projects, and escort visitors to appropriate locations within the facility.
