Account Manager

Position Overview

Soccer Village is seeking a results-driven Account Manager to manage and grow team business within assigned clubs, markets, and territories. This role serves as the primary liaison between Soccer Village and its club partners, driving revenue growth, ensuring operational excellence, and building long-term customer relationships across uniform, equipment, and spirit wear programs.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned club accounts.
• Maintain regular communication with key decision-makers to assess needs and identify growth opportunities.
• Manage account records within CRM systems and coordinate business review meetings.

• Lead planning and execution of uniform, equipment, and spirit wear programs.
• Guide product selection, pricing proposals, customization, and approvals.
• Oversee forecasting, vendor coordination, production timelines, and contract compliance.
• Manage spirit wear catalogs and lifecycle updates (Fall, Holiday, Spring).

• Partner with Team Operations, Sales, Purchasing, Retail, and Accounting teams to ensure accurate forecasting, order execution, billing, and fulfillment.
• Participate in weekly sales and operational meetings; proactively resolve issues and manage priorities.

• Identify and pursue new club partnerships aligned with company growth objectives.
• Conduct outreach, manage pipeline activity, and provide timely follow-up with prospects.

• Associate’s degree
• 2–4 years of customer service and sales experience
• Proven account management or B2B sales experience (sports or team sales preferred).
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
