Administrative Assistant

Must speak Spanish / English to be considered for this position

• Cover Shipping office
• Update Logins, make delivery appointments
• Make BOLs if needed
• Run Labels for jobs and create waves in Korber
• Run batches of Fed Ex labels or single labels
• Set up pick up appointments for Fed Ex Express
• New Start Spanish/English Orientations
• Go around the entire warehouse and make sure you get everyone’s name and put them to their corresponding line on the attendance sheet.
• Payroll (Clock-in/Clock-out & allocate) / approve payroll on Mondays
• Build relationship with Staffing Agencies
• Every two hours/ after each walk around the production lines running and making sure, they’re going to hit numbers, coach if needed and
• Towards the end of the day go to each line and make sure they do not have any DNRs.
• Do RTS’s for Clients, set up appointments for pick-ups, run labels and make the BOLs for the entire jobs.
