Team Support Specialist

This isn’t your typical customer service role. You’ll be at the heart of a sports-driven environment where your knowledge of the game helps teams, clubs, and players succeed both on and off the field.

As a key member of our team, you’ll help create a seamless and positive experience for our customers:

• Deliver Outstanding Service: Assist customers via phone, email, chat, always with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Support Soccer Clubs: Build relationships with uniform coordinators and manage club accounts with accuracy and care
• Coordinate Orders & Updates: Keep customers informed, resolve issues quickly, and ensure orders are processed smoothly
• Be a Team Hub Expert: Manage and update products within our Team Hub system while providing feedback for improvements
• Collaborate with Sales: Support inventory checks, order processing, and follow-ups on customer inquiries
• Handle Key Transactions: Accurately enter credit memos, refunds, payments, and promotional/store orders

High school diploma or GED required.

Strong knowledge of soccer or sports.

At least 2 years of experience in customer service.
