We are a growing, technology-driven private dental practice with multiple locations throughout the Greater Cincinnati area, seeking an Associate Dentist to join our Blue Ash team. Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive general dentistry care including exams, preventive services, restorative treatment, crowns and bridges, cosmetic procedures, emergency care, and patient education
  • Diagnose and present treatment plans ethically and clearly
  • Utilize advanced technology to support accurate diagnostics and predictable outcomes
  • Collaborate closely with hygienists, assistants, specialists, and administrative team members
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold infection control and safety standards
  • Deliver an exceptional patient experience focused on comfort, trust, and long-term relationships
  • $750 daily guarantee during the initial transition period
  • Production-based compensation up to 30–35% of collections
  • Established patient flow and productive schedules from day one

Qualifications
  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
  • Active Ohio dental license (or eligibility to obtain)
