Student Associate, Student Life & Success Assistant (SaLSA)
UC Blue Ash College seeks Student Life & Success Assistants to foster a welcoming environment, provide excellent customer service, and support student engagement initiatives.
Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service to students by communicating accurate information.
- Answer the Student Life & Success Division phone, take messages, and transfer calls to the appropriate staff members.
- Answer Student Life & Success emails and respond as appropriate.
- Greet and assist guests who come to the Student Life & Success desk.
- Learn and refer students to relevant campus services and resources.
- Assist with New Student Orientation programming, Student Success initiatives, Student Life activities, and Student Affairs projects.
- Assist with student outreach and Placement Testing initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must have attended UC Blue Ash as a student for at least one semester either currently or previously (current semester counts as one semester).
- Maintain a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or higher. First‑year students must earn a 2.5 GPA after their first semester.
- Demonstrate teamwork, leadership, responsibility, and effective communication skills.
- Display punctuality, professionalism, and approachability.
- Demonstrate sensitivity to all populations.
- Represent UC Blue Ash, the Student Life & Success Division, and yourself in a positive light, including personal representation on social media such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
Hourly Pay Rate: $11.00
