Adjunct Instructor, Sports Administration – UC Blue Ash College
Teach Associate Degree-level courses in Sports Administration. Courses may include Introduction to Sport Administration, Sport Administration Professional Experience, Economics of Sport, Diversity in Sport, Organization, and Ethical Issues in Sport. Courses may be offered in-person, online, or hybrid. Classes are typically 15–30 students. Adjunct instructors are expected to teach 1–2 courses each fall and spring term. All classes may be offered day or evening.
This position is not eligible for Visa or green card sponsorship.
- On a part‑time basis, teach assigned undergraduate courses.
- Use the course management system (Canvas) and any textbook‑specific systems, as well as other relevant classroom technology.
- Hold regular office hours to meet with students.
- Use best practices to continually evaluate student coursework.
- Engage in other activities ancillary to or in support of responsibilities.
- Prior to the effective date of appointment, a Master’s degree in Sports Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- One (1) year of academic teaching experience at the college level.
- Official academic transcripts required at the time of hire.
