Eating & Behavioral Health Associates, LLC is seeking a part-time or full-time, in-person Clinical Psychologist to join our growing group practice. This position is available in Cincinnati, Ohio
, and offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative, evidence-based specialty setting.
Founded in 2018, EBHA is a psychologist-owned group private practice dedicated to high-quality, research-driven treatment for eating disorders, PTSD, chronic health conditions, and mood and anxiety disorders. We value thoughtful care, clinical integrity, and a supportive team culture.
Position OverviewThis role focuses on providing evidence-based outpatient treatment for individuals with eating disorders and co-occurring concerns (e.g., trauma, OCD, mood and anxiety disorders, suicidality). We welcome psychologists who primarily work with children/adolescents or adults
.
- Psychologists with established eating disorder experience
- Psychologists with strong exposure-based or CBT backgrounds who are interested in expanding into eating disorder treatment (training and consultation in CBT‑E and FBT available)
- Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy
- Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and treatment planning
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (therapy, psychiatry, medical, nutrition)
- Maintain high-quality documentation and ethical standards
- Optional supervision of postdoctoral fellows or graduate trainees
- Independently licensed Psychologist in Ohio (PhD or PsyD)
- At least 3 years of outpatient clinical experience preferred
- Experience with CBT, DBT, ACT, and/or FBT (or strong interest in training)
- Comfort working with clinical complexity and co-occurring conditions
