Stepping Stone is seeking a Utilization Review Director to oversee requests, authorizations, and LOS metrics. You will review documentation for clinical effectiveness relevant to reimbursement and participate in the clinical team to align goals and ensure compliance.
The role requires strong knowledge of external review organizations, leadership in UM processes, and the ability to educate staff while minimizing denials. You will also manage transitions between LOC and maintain denial logs.
