Hours:

- Carry out OTR-established treatment plans to retrain patients in daily living activities.
- Assist in evaluating functional status and track patient progress.
- Maintain timely clinical records and update the supervising OTR on patient changes.
- Contribute to team case conferences and interdisciplinary meetings.

Requirements What You'll Need- Active Ohio Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) license.
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance.
