Responsibilities- Welcome guests and assist with check-in/check-out as part of the front desk team.
- Manage guest accounts and resolve inquiries in a timely and courteous manner.
- Field and resolve guest complaints to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to provide seamless guest service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
