• Greet and welcome guests with professionalism and courtesy
• Check guests in and out efficiently
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
• Handle reservations,payments, and room assignments
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
• Maintain accurate records and front desk reports
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
• Ensure lobby and frontdesk areas remain clean and organized

• Previous front desk,customer service, or hospitality experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn hotel systems
