The Main Responsibilities of Catering Coordinator:
The Catering Coordinator shows care to our guests by ensuring our catering orders are completed with excellence.
Catering Coordinator Expectations -
- Create Catering Orders with guests to meet their dietary needs
- Ensuring all catering orders are communicated to the shift leaders to ensure all items are ready and completed at time of pick-up/delivery
- Coordinating large catering orders with the Day and Night Shift Directors to ensure the order can be completed successfully at time of pick-up/delivery
- Follow Chick-fil-A procedures and expectations in regards to catering
- Delivering orders in a timely and professional manner
- Engage with the community to create future catering opportunities
Job Description:
We are looking for qualified individual to take over our catering coordination duties. We are searching for an individual who can develop relationships with our catering guests.
The catering coordinator must be able to organize menu items for individual orders and comply with all the health and safety regulations while doing so. A valid Drivers License is required and must also be able to transport food to and from various locations.
