SummaryThe Recruiting Sourcer is responsible for identifying, engaging, and screening qualified candidates for high-volume clinical support and administrative positions across the organization. This role partners closely with the Talent Acquisition Team to build strong candidate pipelines and deliver a consistent flow of qualified talent.
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced recruiting environment. Success in this role requires strong sourcing skills, excellent phone presence, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Job Responsibilities- Source qualified candidates for high-volume clinical support and administrative positions, including Medical Assistants, Medical Receptionists, Call Center Representatives, and other healthcare support roles.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job boards such as Indeed and Handshake, social media, resume databases, referrals, networking, and other creative sourcing methods to build talent pipelines.
- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach to passive and active candidates through phone, email, and text.
- Perform phone screens to assess candidates qualifications, experience, communication skills, and overall fit for open positions.
- Present qualified candidates to Talent Acquisition Partners with detailed candidate summaries.
- Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Manage a high-volume requisition workload while ensuring timely candidate follow-up and communication.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners to support recruiting priorities and hiring initiatives across multiple markets.
- Accurately document candidate activity and maintain recruiting records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of recruiting or sourcing experience, preferably supporting high-volume hiring environments.
- Healthcare recruiting experience, particularly for clinical support or allied health positions, is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success sourcing candidates using job boards, Linked In, resume databases, and other recruiting tools.
- Strong phone interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and a high-volume requisition load in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with recruiting and hiring teams.
