We are seeking a Software Implementation Specialist to join our team in Blue Ash, OH. This is a full-time, on-site role where the selected candidate will guide customers through the implementation of our software, including the setup, customization, and training processes. The position involves working closely with clients to ensure a seamless transition, troubleshooting software issues, providing technical support, and ensuring client success with long-term software utilization strategies.

• Strong Software Implementation and Technical Support skills to assist clients in adopting and effectively using our platform
• Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate user queries and resolve software-related challenges
• Effective Communication abilities for understanding client needs, offering clear instructions, and maintaining client relationships
• Competent Troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolving issues promptly
• Ability to collaborate with team members and clients to adapt solutions to specific business needs
• Experience in working with small businesses or sports organizations is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in related fields prefer
