Pay Range: $68,000 - $75,000 (commensurate with experience)

Job SummaryAs a Technical Writer, you’ll design and maintain documentation and training resources that support our care management platform. Acting as a bridge between technical teams and end users, you’ll ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance, enabling staff to work confidently and effectively.
Responsibilities- l DoDevelop and govern a structured documentation framework aligned with organizational standards and system architect
- ure.
Create user-friendly resources, written and multimedia, that support learning and process adhere - nce.
Maintain internal and customer-facing knowledge bases in Confluence, integrated with JIRA workfl - ows.
Partner with technical and business teams to ensure documentation reflects current workflows and system capabilit - ies.
Deliver concise release notes and communication materials for smooth rollo - uts.
Monitor documentation effectiveness and adapt strategies for continuous improvem
- tions
Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experie - nce).Proven experience in technical writing for software applicat
- ions.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly con - tent.
Familiarity with care management platforms and healthcare compliance prefe - rred.
