SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Horizontal Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Distribution Center (DC)-facing capabilities deployed through our ERP platform. In this cross‑functional role, you will partner with DC Operations, Supply Chain, IT, and ERP delivery teams to ensure our distribution capabilities scale efficiently, integrate seamlessly, and deliver measurable business value across the enterprise.
Responsibilities- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for DC‑facing ERP capabilities, ensuring alignment with enterprise supply chain and operations objectives.
- Partner with DC Operations stakeholders to gather requirements, identify pain points, and translate business needs into clear product specifications.
- Drive horizontal alignment across multiple business units, ensuring consistent processes, data models, and capabilities across the DC network.
- Collaborate with engineering, ERP configuration teams, and system integrators to deliver high‑quality solutions on time.
- Define and track KPIs to measure adoption, operational efficiency, and ROI of DC capabilities.
- Manage the full product lifecycle: discovery, prioritization, delivery, rollout, and continuous improvement.
- Serve as the subject matter expert bridging DC operational workflows and ERP system capabilities.
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, with a focus on supply chain, distribution, or ERP‑enabled solutions.
- Hands‑on experience in DC Operations or as a Product Manager for DC‑facing products (WMS, inventory management, receiving, putaway, picking, shipping, or labor management).
- Proven ability to manage horizontal/platform products that serve multiple business units or geographies.
- Strong understanding of ERP‑integrated supply chain workflows and data flows.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and prioritization skills.
- Experience with Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS) or related Oracle Retail/Supply Chain modules.
- Familiarity with WMS platforms (e.g., Manhattan, Blue Yonder, Oracle WMS) and their integration with ERP systems.
- Experience working in retail, wholesale, or large‑scale distribution environments.
- Agile/Scrum product delivery experience.
Base pay for this role across the U.S. is $82.50–$89.30 per hour. Non‑exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including relevant skills, education, and experience.
