• Supervise day‑to‑day warehouse and materials operations, including receiving, storage, staging, material issuance, and shipping activities.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse and materials employees; manage staffing, schedules, attendance, vacation coverage, and performance evaluations.
• Assign work tasks and priorities to ensure timely material availability aligned with production schedules.
• Utilize SAP to track inventory, materials movement, transactions, and physical inventory adjustments.
• Conduct and oversee cycle counts and physical inventory counts; investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve complex material, inventory, and supply chain issues; implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Ensure warehouse operations comply with cGMP, SOPs, safety requirements, and audit readiness standards.
• Author, review, revise, and approve SOPs, work instructions, change controls, and documentation related to warehouse and materials processes.
• Monitor and report warehouse and materials KPIs; analyze trends to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
• Establish visual management tools and metrics to improve performance, audit readiness, and process transparency.
• Lead or participate in cross‑functional teams and interdepartmental meetings involving Quality, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Engineering.
• Investigate deviations, initiate appropriate actions, and ensure timely closure of deviations, CAPAs, and change actions.
• Coordinate activities with support organizations and represent the site during audits, inspections, and organization‑wide initiatives.
• Ensure employees are properly trained and compliant with SOPs, safety practices, PPE requirements, and gowning procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, inventory accuracy, waste reduction, quality, and cost control.
• Conduct safety checks and ensure a safe, organized, and compliant warehouse environment.
• Support budgeting, cost analysis, purchase card transactions, and evaluation of cost‑saving opportunities.
• Serve as backup for the immediate manager when needed and provide leadership continuity.

• Minimum Requirements:
• Prior supervisory or management experience in a regulated or cGMP environment.
• Experience in warehouse or supply chain operations.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to lead and collaborate within cross‑functional teams.
• Preferred:
• Bachelor's degree.
• Significant supply chain leadership and project management experience.
• Experience with SAP.

• Lifting and carrying up to 35 lbs.
• Working at heights up to 20 ft.
• Sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching.
• Repetitive motion, noise exposure.
• Operating vehicles and moving machinery.
• Operating chemical usage, traveling.
• Monitoring others’ work, wearing personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Visual and hearing requirements:
  Ability to read and interpret information on computer screens and documents, distinguish colors, and interpret sounds at normal conversational volume levels.

This role will be for night shift on a 2-2-3 schedule from 6pm-6:30am.

Target base pay hiring range for this position is $80,000.00 - $ per year. Actual base pay is dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s geographical location, relevant experience, qualifications, skills and knowledge.
