Maverick Molding Co and Pacific Piston Ring Co., Inc. offer a diverse line of high-temperature resins, polymer composites and Superimide-branded products designed and manufactured to withstand the most demanding temperatures. Maverick Molding is vertically integrated with the material capabilities, processes and equipment to conform to stringent OEM and industry requirements. Pacific Piston Ring Co., Inc. has offered a variety of Piston Rings primarily to the aerospace market and is in the process of relocating from California to Blue Ash, Ohio so we are growing our team to accommodate the growth.

Both companies will be located at 11379 Grooms Rd. Blue Ash, OH 45242. The Quality Technician position is responsible for performing all duties necessary to inspect and verify materials and products meet the applicable requirements and to record all results and notify appropriate personnel of any discrepancies. This can include performing measurement system analysis, dimensional studies, auditing, root cause and corrective actions, first article inspections, receiving inspection or becoming a designated supplier quality representative.

Fulltime 1st Shift - OT as required.

• Be able to read and follow written instructions.
• Proficient in the use of handheld measurement equipment such as Calipers, Micrometers, Indicators, etc.
• Be able to read simple engineering drawings and interpret specifications.
• Responsible for timely completion of assigned jobs
• Comply with safety and OSHA regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.

• Ability to work within a team and support the site.
• Previous experience working in a manufacturing inspection environment is preferred.
• High School Diploma / GED required.
• Must be computer literate and be able to use Microsoft Office products Excel, Word, Outlook
• Must possess 20/25 or better near vision with or without corrective lenses and be able to pass a color vision test.
• Must pass a Drug Test and background check prior to hiring.
